We are committed to

  • Shows respect towards the worker going for foreign employment and the members of their family.
  • Solve the conflict arising in recruitment process through mutual discussion in a peaceful way.
  • Worker being sent on foreign employment should not be sent without making foreign employment agreement.
  • TNO should maintain transparency in the recruitment process and never published, promote and encourage for false and double meaning advertisement for staff and worker hiring purpose
  • TNO should not involve or deal with other any agent or sub agent and should not do any involve in illegal or unhealthy competition.
  • The workers going on foreign employment should be made clear about the recruitment fee and procedure and we will not collect any fee from worker in any condition and will not ask any worker to contribute to any mandatory saving programs.
  • Establish database and worker. Staff, applicants or customer information, whether private or public, will not be exchanged, transferred, disclosed or given to other parties for any reason whatsoever.
  • The worker going on foreign employment should be made well aware about the country's politics, geography, labour law, weather condition, service conditions and facilities that include salary, work hour, over time payment etc.
  • There should be no discrimination on the basis of caste, creed, gender, race or gender, involvement in political parties and trade union, differently able, color etc. the process of selection of workers.
  • Should not involve in any form of foreign employment work that is harmful to the nation.
  • We always follow ethical and responsible business norms.
  • Should be aware of national and international labour standards and follow them accordingly.
  • Not provide any loans to the worker and not allowed to sub agent to provide loan to workers to avoid debt bondage and forced labor.
  • Legal procedures should not be misused. Corruption in any stage of work should be avoided.
  • Conduct various social activates under CSR program.
  • Follow code of conduct and encourage others to follow it accordingly.
  • Practice fair treatment, prohibit discrimination, harassment, bribery and allow freedom of association
  • No action will be taken to any parties against any genuine complain.
  • TNO does not make political donations and TNO is not affiliated with any political party, independent person, or with any organization whose activities are primarily political.
  • No need to pay anything (money or gift or favor) to anyone to get job in and from TNO.
  • Trust Overseas is committed to a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, Suppliers, clients and the public at large.
  • TNO always respect the human right so TNO never involve in any practices that promote human trafficking.
